Juicy Homemade Beef Burgers

🍔 Juicy Homemade Beef Burgers

These juicy, flavour-packed burgers are made with Gardens Farm beef mince — perfect for BBQs, Friday-night dinners, or quick midweek meals.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Gardens Farm beef mince
  • 1 small onion, finely grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: cheese slices, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mayo

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mince, grated onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix gently with your hands until just combined — don’t overmix or the burgers will be tough.
  3. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about 2 cm thick.
  4. Heat a pan, grill, or BBQ to medium-high. Cook each burger for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
  5. Toast the buns lightly, then assemble your burgers with your favourite toppings.
  6. Serve hot with fries or salad — and enjoy!
